6 true crime episodes concerning the disappearance of two young girls, years apart, in and around the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. I went feet first into this project with no visual brief to speak and all material had been transcoded from raw to something intermediary. Color information had been lost. I began this work in a tough spot. I decided to go with moods of the context and the time portrayed. I went through video materials from around these periods and toned the material accordingly. Gloomy, brown hues prevailed and set the tone for the rough encounter with these girls’ untimely demise.
